Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1-3 delivery days if you are in a major metro area. For all regional areas, please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. All orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday or on a weekend/public holiday will be posted the following business day.

Once your parcel/s have left House of Ellery headquarters it is then property of Australia Post. House of Ellery is legally not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. However, if for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 5 - 10 business days of receiving your shipping notification email please contact us via the Contact Us page. 

We want to ensure that your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will usually leave a card which you will need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.

Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours (excluding parcel lockers). If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, House of Ellery is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.

Australia Post are now offering the parcel locker service, where if you're not at home and want to collect your parcel from a more convenient location 24 hours a day, you are able to send your parcel to a parcel locker. There are now over 100 parcel locker locations nationally.
